... is _almost_ complete. We now have full support for all winding rules in book/tesswind, but I'm still sorting out a few issues with the overlapping rectangle case. It's a little messed up, as is the star in book/tess, but I basically know what needs fixing. Just got to fix up the intersection table case statement a little. The end is in sight.
