Sorry,
there was some mistake in make.conf, i used
% USE="motif" emerge media-libs/mesa
and GLwMDrawArea.h was included into /usr/include/GL
sorry i should have try emerging using the above format mentioned.
Thanks Donnie Berkholz for assuring that GLwMDrawArea.h will be included by
using USE="motif"
