If set GL_LIGHT_MODEL_COLOR_CONTROL to GL_SEPARATE_SPECULAR_COLOR, then
specular color will be added after texturing.
When draw primitives, this is correct. But if draw a bitmap, the specular color
do not be added after texturing.
