I hope this patch could be checked in Mesa-7.0.1-rc1.
I don't know whether the patch files generated by diff is can be used
straightway. So I offer the whole files. It can be download at

After using the patch, only STDCALL building is supported for MingW. And
the file <Mesa3D-root>\configs\config.mgw
is also not needed more, and can be deleted safely!
