AFAIK you have both options with scons. Command line, e.g. scons dri=1, or file, by writing "dri=1" on a file. (You also have a third option which is to generate such config file from the command line with one liner...) > I've been hearing some buzz about waf [1] lately -- have you looked into it > at all?. No, never heard. Thanks for the link. It seems fairly similar to scons. At least it is difficult by looking to the different (http://code.google.com/p/waf/wiki/WafAndOtherBuildSystems) to tell which seems the best. Anyway, I have already one proof of concept with Scons and so much time to spare on this, so I'll pursue the scons a bit more until I find a reason to evaluate wax. But it's nice to know there's more out there. And so far using Python seems really useful. > Thanks, > Donnie > > 1. http://code.google.com/p/waf/ Jose ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
