For what it's worth, 32ef6e75839d6be283e034436e5dd34eabb67958 also
appears to cause failures in the Wine D3D tests. The test in question
draws to the screen using a cube texture, then reads back the results
with glReadPixels(). The glReadPixels() call appears to corrupt / zero
out the cube texture. I'm not sure if
32ef6e75839d6be283e034436e5dd34eabb67958 introduces the regression or
just triggers an existing bug, but unfortunately the commit is rather
huge. (Somewhat related to that, bisecting is a bit of a pain when a
significant part of the commits don't compile.)
