The following patches allows GL_EXT_stencil_two_side to be enables along with other two-sided stencil extensions. Notably, it allows GL_EXT_stencil_two_side to be enabled with GL_ATI_separate_stencil and the similar OpenGL 2.0 functionality.
I suspect we'll want to wait until after Mesa 7.3 ships to commit this. I've had them sitting around for months. I decided to polish them up and send the out for review.
