Hi, This patch series should have been sent upstream several months ago. However, I slacked horribly on it. The fast approach of 7.3 being tagged has reminded me to send these in. Most of these are build fixes for gcc 2.95 (which some of our older archs still use). The rest are bsd-specific parts that were missed out.
I hope this isn't too late to make final release...
