I'll try to a look tomorrow.  If you don't hear from me by Thursday,
don't wait.  My main concern will be how these get interfaced into
drivers.  EXT_provoking_vertex will be nice for Wine, and
ARB_map_buffer_range will be nice for a bunch of other apps.
