I will post my patch series for review later today.  It brings the
changes (most of them are Find/Replace with human brain) I want to see
to EGL driver API.  But I want to focus only on API change in this
series.  Following that, I will start working on getting rid of the hash
tables (make it a compile time option).  Does that sound good?
