Summary: 7.5.2: //comment incompatible with -ansi -pedantic

Initial Comment:
I'm building with make linux-fbdev. The code is compiled with -ansi -pedantic.

src/gallium/auxiliary/draw/draw_pt_fetch_shade_emit.c contains a C++-style
comment at line 217. This fails with error: expected expression before `/'
token.

... Argh! Alright, that's not the only C++ comment, there are many within
Gallium at least.
