The changes in the ARB extension allow implementations to support
additional combinations.  However, an implementation is allowed to
return GL_FRAMEBUFFER_UNSUPPORTED for any combination of buffers that it
cannot handle.  We intentionally crafted the changes for the ARB
extension so that anything that can support the EXT and the blit
extension could support the ARB extension with minimal changes.
