Hi there,

I'm interested in doing some more active help on testing and debugging Radeon
cards, since I have an RV380 in my laptop and an RV770 in my desktop.

But I'm not really sure where to start. I'm a competent C programmer but
essentially naive about graphics chips. I guess my interest here is spurred
by the fact that I have an RV770 and that when I upgraded from mesa-7.5 to
mesa-7.6 it broke KDE-4 desktop effects on my RV380 (which of course might not
be the fault of mesa).

Should I just pick bugs out of the database and see if I can reproduce them,
etc? Or is there more guidance that someone can give me? Thanks, cheers.

Jeremy
