Right now the deploy scripts were modified in a way that no longer sets options
automatically and requires you to set the master URL in the config file in each
machine instead (typically /usr/local/var/mesos/conf/mesos.conf). It happened
in this review: https://reviews.apache.org/r/4491/diff/#index_header -- see the
README file in there for more details. Unfortunately I guess this is not at all
obvious, and we need a much better message if this fails, or some better
default behavior.
