So the issue here is that mesos calculates the slave memory as "1 MB", which is
not enough for test-framework's tasks (each task needs 32 MB).
It is highly likely due to a bug in mesos 0.10.0
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-318) which incorrectly calculates
memory in 32 bit systems.
This bug has since been fixed on the master. So, there are 2 options here
1) Use the latest mesos ('master branch') -- (caveat: not guaranteed to be
stable)
2) Use mesos 0.10.0 as you are doing now, but start slave with "--resources"
flag (e.g., "--resources=cpus:4;mem:21962;ports:[31000-32000]")
NOTE: Units of "mem" are in MB.
