I likely do not have the bblayers.conf template right. For u-boot, I build from master and read: https://lucaceresoli.net/zynqmp-uboot-spl-pmufw-cfg-load/ and some other articles to get the config object into u-boot. Why Xilinx tries to over complicate and not document this stuff blows my mind.
