Hi Ansar, You can use the attached patches(meta-xilinx and meta-xilinx-tools) for 2021.2 release we have a CR to fix in 2022 release. I will add this to 2021.2 release notes known issue list.

BSP for zcu102-zynqmp builds fine but when tried to boot, it stucks at loading Xilinx FSBL only and fails to load uboot. Upon my initial investigation, it seems to be the issue caused by https://github.com/Xilinx/meta-xilinx-tools/blob/rel-v2021.2/recipes-bsp/bootbin/xilinx-bootbin_1.0.bbappend#L1 the bistream in BIF_PARTITION_ATTR variable, which is just appending bitstream to the end.
