Purpose of the Honister branch is to support Honister with the current set of
publicly available components.
For most things this is 2021.2. A few things have 2022.1 versions available.
As time goes on I expect more of 2022.1 to be publicly available and we will
continue to uprev.

Is the goal of the Honister branch to support Xilinx 2021.1 tools, or will
Honister be supporting an as-yet-unreleased Xilinx tools version?
