It's the wrong location. I can find two include files bearing that name,
which is it?
$ find . -name libmetal-xlnx.inc
./meta-openamp/vendor/xilinx/meta-xilinx-standalone-experimental/
recipes-openamp/libmetal/libmetal-xlnx.inc
./meta-openamp/vendor/xilinx/recipes-openamp/libmetal/libmetal-xlnx.inc
Or maybe it's expecting a different branch of meta-openamp?
