Found a hint in the last commit on scarthgap - just remove meta-openamp
from bblayers (contrary to the README) and then it passes this stage.

It's the wrong location. I can find two include files bearing that
name, which is it?

./meta-openamp/vendor/xilinx/meta-xilinx-standalone-experimental/recipes-openamp/libmetal/libmetal-xlnx.inc
./meta-openamp/vendor/xilinx/recipes-openamp/libmetal/libmetal-xlnx.inc
Or maybe it's expecting a different branch of meta-openamp?
