It lists the files necessary and the steps for the SPL method. It didn't exist last year, and was added somewhat recently. I admit that I'm also constantly confused by a consistent way to boot up the board with files generated only from bitbake. [The FSBL method - not possible, the SPL method - supposedly possible].
