The patchset contains following changes to libmali-xlnx:
1. Upgrade mali recipe for latest release
2. Modify recipe to not provide wayland-egl
3. Use update-alternatives to switch between GL backend
4. ABIs are made consistent for all backends
5. Modify REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES
6. Only use and install dependencies that the DISTRO supports
7. Fix x11 headers
8. Squash all monolithic library name into a variable
9. Dont provide KHR headers
10. Change version on gbm.pc to be compatible with mesa
11. Modify version on egl.pc for compatibility
12. Upgrade the userspace driver to r9p0
13. Clean and fix FILESXTRAPATHS
14. Make version recognizable when comparing gbm.h
