i realize that a fully-updated fedora 30 system is not a validated
build system, but i'm always trying to push my luck. :-P
trying to build zcu102-zynqmp machine, and i get:

which triggered exception NameError: name 'get_perl_arch' is not
defined
i have no idea what this means ... what would have happened with
"get_perl_arch" such that it is not defined? i am open to suggestions.
