Hi --
I cannot get a simple stack on Win'98 to recognize web sites on an intranet.
This may be off-topic, but when I say something like
put url "http://www.myhost.com" into field myOut
the urlStatus function returns "not found" and nothing is returned. This
is the case for me whether I am trying intra or internet sites. I tried
setting httpProxy to a NT server that provides DNS services, to no avail.
Is my metacard as installed unable to make use of my DNS as installed?
The sites are of course accessible from Netscape and from MS-DOS window
using ping.
Thanks for any insight one might provide!
