I lost some work in a stack the other day because I selected cmd + q and forgot to 
select save first.

It seems to me that Metacard should prompt user to save if there are unsaved changes 
in a stack before quitting.  I say this because it is standard in nearly every other 
software product I've ever used. As far as I can see, this doesn't happen at the 
moment in Metacard.  But maybe I am missing something obvious here.

What do other people think?  I appreciate that you can add a handler to save changes 
on closestack ...
