My 2 cents:
A potential client has a handheld connected to a mobile phone and a water
meter (pH, temperature and percentage dirt etc.) He drives to different
places, and wants his measurements sent directly via Internet (sockets,
sockets...) to a server with an (MetaCard) application, wich puts the
results into a graph.
