No.
Also a few corrections: the cgi files can be .cgi not necessarily .mt, the engine can
be in
the same directory (/cgi-bin) with the scripts and if the system has the right
libraries no
one will ask any questions. Trouble begins when you ask them for the libraries; in
their
ignorance they think you want to steal something from them.
