A MetaCard engine for Darwin and OS X is now available as:
ftp://ftp.metacard.com/MetaCard/darwin.gz
This is a UNIX-specific engine which can be used to develop CGI
applications or other console-mode scripts. It also includes X11
support so you can run it graphically across a network to an X server
or to the OS X display if you have an X11 server installed. Note
that it will not run graphically on the native OS X windowing system.
Support for that will come later with the Carbon engine.
