Just had a quick go at sketching out a little painting programme, and found that I could not figure out how to create a simulation of a painting programme in Metacard - of course there must be a way, but I can't figure it yet -:) The problem I am having is how to script a button which allows selection of tools within the same window and the image. When a paint toll is selected no messages get sent to buttons even when they are clicked on. The only examples I can see are those of palettes. Is it possible to do this?
