Its for use in a stack that serves to act as a "transcriber" The user will need to post section headers in his transcript as to where he is on the tape... later the sound team will pull sound segments off the tape based on reviewing the transcript but all the sound machines' LED displays are in hours:minutes:seconds If anyone could use this gadget, email off list.
