Hmm... I've found some registry entries in windows under HKLM Control
Panel\Mouse but I'm not sure how they work and if these settings apply to
all pointers like pen/tablet setups. It also looks Like it would be tricky
to get this accurate and I'd like a cross platform soloution if possible.
