Thanks - Outlook like other MS products don't use text. Think that is OK as
can use AppleScript / OSAX to coerce the data.

I'm asking something a bit more basic - ie how do I get AppleScript to send
and appleEvent to MC? At the moment I'm just "telling MC to activate" - I'm
hoping that I can do something a bit more within Applescript and then use
some of the parmaeters passed or, yes, the MC "request" syntax to get the
text data... but how???
My applescript book says nothing about sending appleevents, and haven't got
much joy from the applescript lists.
