I don't work on Linux or non-OSX UNIX systems so I just took a stab at creating some "nice" icons for these OS's. Last I heard there was no real standard for UNIX/Linux appearance -- let me know if the state of things is otherwise.
Unless anyone has any objections to the proposed images, they will be available for whenever Richard creates a new build.

We might want to give some thought to image IDs, for Rev compatibility where practical and to avoid conflicts with current images IDs.
Suggestions?
