Hi, Looking at the current draft (09) I do not find attribute "maxconnections" and element <tags>. Does that mean that from now on download managers always have to decide how many connections they should have to one mirror and per file? On the later (<tags> I am pretty sure there is already a standard for tags, are we supposed to use that and would that qualify as extensionElement?
