Ebay (The powerseller people) also once told me that they dont even have a record kept of who sent emails through the contact system and that they can only investigate abuse if people sent them the sent emails with complete headers included. Of course just because ebay said that dont mean that it is right but for whatever it is worth that is what they told me.
