Hi listees!

I have a problem and I'm hoping someone out there will be able to help me out.  I recently purchased some material which was described as "Canyon Diablo Meteorites".  Well, it turns out that I got a nice big baggie full of shale that came in a box with no return address.  Grrrrr.  I've kicked myself about a dozen times for not checking out my source better.  I feel like such a dope!  Well, now this person refuses to let me send the material back for a refund, even though I have nicely explained why this material is not what I wanted and I am unhappy with it.

Since I purchased the material with a credit card, I have decided to dispute the charge with the credit card company on the grounds that the material was misrepresented and that the seller refuses to take the merchandise back for a refund.  I am really hoping that this can be resolved. Either way, I guess I learned a good lesson.

The credit card company is asking for documentation explaining why the material sent is not the same as what was described.  I have surfed around, but cannot find a good source for an article or explanation.  I found a couple little things but nothing that really says what I need it to say in language that a non-collector (the claims person at Visa) would easily understand.

Does anyone know where I could find a source for this?  Or would some kind soul jot me off a paragraph I could use, and quote the source?  If anyone does provide me with anything, your name would only go to Visa, not to the other party or anyone in the meteorite community.

Grateful in advance,
