PEOPLE OF 2 STATES TO HUNT FOR METEOR
Pine Bluffs, Wyo., Aug. 9. - (AP) - Residents of southeastern Wyoming and western Nebraska in this vicinity were preparing today to search for a meteor which is believed to have struck the earth about 12 miles northeast of here about 10:30 a.m., yesterday.
A grocer named Stansbury Living at Lindbergh, Wyo. about 16 miles north of here, witnessed the celestial phenomenon and reported it seemed to have struck the earth not far from that community.
