Bob,
Thanks for the link concerning Hualapai Wash and Gold Basin.

There has been a lot of behind the scenes talk about this issue over the past four or five years. Some thought that it was incredible that there would be twenty (20) different Hualapai Wash meteorites in addition to the original Gold Basin find. The idea that the Gold Basin meteoroid was a heterogeneous mass appears to have some merit now. This just goes to show what good science can do.

Do you suppose that this will require the renaming of Hualapai 001 - 020?

Best,
John Gwilliam

Hello All-
Although I do not have a TKW for HW003, I have a link to a page that may be of interest to any one wanting a little more info on the Hualapai submissions.

Can anyone tell me the TKW for Hualapai Wash 003?

If Donald O'Keeffe is out there, he should be able to tell us because he is the finder of Hualapai Wash 003.

Best wishes,

Bernd
