Note the last part, they still think the Carancas meteorite was the size of a basketball. When will we ever get these scientists and news people off of that idiotic size comparison. I have seen it like 50 times for huge fireballs and meteorite falls. They always say "it was the size of an acorn or basketball" or some crap like that. The only way a basketball sized object could make a crater like that would be if it had a little nuclear bomb inside. Happy 4th to all Americans on the list.
