Dear Mr. Balister,
I find it ironic that on the one hand you enjoy the public lands which
have been preserved by the government, then on the other, argue that
the implementation of the rules which help to preserve the lands are
an infringement of your freedom.

PS Every rock I ever found I wrote up a report took measurments and
pictures, to no avail. Always turned out to be a rock. So why
worry about the very few that are real? Oh wait, it's about the
money!!!!!!!
