It didn't chop a section from my big toe, but a midnight attack by my large,
open display shelf-cabinet (as I found my way to the bathroom in the dark)
allowed a precariously self-standing shield-shaped 1500+gr sharp SA shrap to
fall five feet onto my big-toe....blackened it for eight months, until the
nail fell off. Crap, no scars, no missing toes, hence no real braggin
rights. It was close though.
I do get to boast that an iron meteorite fell on my foot.
Scar up fast, eh? Get well!

In 2009 I broke my left hand 4 fingers on ski in Austria.
And last year I cut my big finger to the bone(same hand), day before I
drive to Ensisheim.
I know what You feel :)
