Dear all I am looking for a small cloning vector (< 3.5 kbp) to clone my insert (> 8 kbp) in E. coli . Does anyone have a reliable positive-selection vector (i.e. selection based on inactivation of toxic genes and not blue-white screening) that they can mail to me? Some that I found are part of kits that are a bit expensive for a small lab like mine.
