Dear Jay, Yes, it's correct. The goal of the method is not to produce politically correct graphics but to get a useful (i.e.) directly applicable equation / formula to do the calculations with your OD readings in a spreadsheet. Your input (x) is the OD and what you want to have calculated (y) is mg/ml or whatever.
