While i changed the owner of the directory, I did not update python as currently the default on ubuntu is 14.04 is python 2.7.6 as many forums there are warning of breaking dependencies if updated. I did not see the */home/ubuntu/.cache/pip/http *directory on another ubuntu installation even though both of them use the same cartridge deploy file. What is the purpose of this directory?
