Thanks, Eduardo. I stated clean and am now doing the dev on the Macbook with deployment to Debian server. All the installation steps have been successfully done including the initial fab secure and fab deploy. But there is a problem with the fab deploy. The rsync does correctly copy what has changed (index.html, for example) but the database changes are not getting over to the server.
In the fab deploy execution there is the database dump to last.db: 'pg_dump -Fc libertymessengermezzanine > /tmp/last.db' . No errors there. Then there is the copy: 'cp /tmp/last.db'. No errors there noted. Then there is the removal: 'rm -f /tmp/last.db' But no database changes show up on the server. Also, no Media Library changes are copied. All else is OK. Any thoughts?
