Fine. But when I dumped the db and tried to restore it I ended up with an 
Internal Error condition in the browser on the production site.  Docs on 
this would help a lot.  There are fabric commands (backup / restore / 
rollback) that seem to imply that the db is also rsynced.

I tried to use backup and restore but could not get them to work at all 
without errors.

For now, if I could just restore from my dev backup and have a working prod 
site, I would be happy.
