Hi Thomas

I'm struggling to get the cartridge-external-payment module to work.
I'm trying to integrate it with a south African payment system called 
PayFast (you can see the documentation www.payfast.co.za) 
At the moment I have it on the default options and the card payment form 
still comes up in the middle of billing info confirmation as the default 
cartridge forms.
