How did you get on?
I have just tested with a Fedora 24 virtual machine and made it work by
commenting out the 'yum install epel-release' line and adding a couple of rpm
packages that Fedora 24 does not include -- rsync-daemon, redhat-rpm-config and
tar.
Full yum statement --
yum("nginx libjpeg-turbo libjpeg-turbo-devel python-pip python-devel
python-setuptools git "
"postgresql-server postgresql-devel postgresql-contrib gcc memcached rsync
rsync-daemon "
"redhat-rpm-config tar")
