Well, firstly, it's RICHTEXT_WIDGET_CLASS:

And the docs show where it points to in the default. So to switch to CK, 
you should provide a class that supports the same interface, but 
switches in CK to do the work. Chances are this would be the 
CKEditorWidget if using django-ckeditor, but that's your job to figure 
out.
