Well I pip upgraded mezzanine
checked to see that tinymce_setup.js
<https://github.com/stephenmcd/mezzanine/commit/556091e3cc9d3220cc52dbb9232c72758e8834ae#diff-59cbfcf05647db7f592c24a7ad95f8c1>had
the code presetned in the github link:
if ($elements && typeof tinyMCE != 'undefined') {
$elements.tinymce(tinymce_config);
below and I still get this error in the js console.
